Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. plain flour/maida- 70 grams
  2. baking powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  3. baking soda- 1/2 teaspoon
  4. cocoa powder- 1 teaspoon
  5. egg- 2
  6. butter- 70 grams
  7. sugar- 100 grams
  8. butter milk- 1 cup (mix 1 tsp vinegar+1 cup milk)
  9. red color- 1 teaspoon
  10. vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
  11. For icing:
  12. whipped cream- 2 cup
  13. butter- 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Sieve all the dry ingredients in a bowl twice.
  2. Whisk egg, sugar and butter for 5 minutes.
  3. Add dry mixture in it and whisk again for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add butter milk, vanilla extract and red color. Mix it very well.
  5. Pre heat the microwave. Pour this batter in cup cake moulds and bake it for 15 minutes.
  6. Insert the tooth pick and if it comes out clear then your cake is done completely.
  7. Let it cool on a wire rack.
  8. In a bowl whisk whipped cream and butter till you get creamy form.
  9. Using star nozzle, make designs on cake and serve it chilled.
