How to make Mango and other Fruit Custard

  1. First warm the milk. Take the small bowl, pour custard powder with the small amount of warm milk and stir well by spoon.
  2. Now slowly add that above custard milk in the warm milk and add sugar. Stir well upto boiling.
  3. After that allow the milk to cool in refrigerator. Then add mango pulp. Stir well.
  4. After chilling we add the chopped fruits.
  5. Now garnish this custard with dry fruit flakes and cardamom powder.
My Tip: If small rasgullas of tin box are added it will enhance the taste. Do not add papaya in milk as it is harmful for health.
