  • 1/2 kg tomatoes
  • Gavar 15 pieces
  • Bhendi 6 pieces
  • Jeera 1tp
  • Red chillie powder to taste
  • Potatoes 2 chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Hing
  • Coriander leaves
  • curry leaves
  • 4 tp besan

How to make Sindhi tomato curry

  1. 1. Grind tomatoes in mixer with ginger . 2. Put oil heat it. 3 .Put jeera sort till brown and add hing and besan sort till brown. 4. Add tomatoes puree and water according to thickness u want. 5. Add all vegetables. 6. Add all spices. 7. Cover and cook till all vegetables become soft. 8. Kadi is ready garnish with coriander leaves.
