ABOUT Bhute (corn) ki Kheer RECIPE

With few ingredients, corn, milk and sugar with dry fruits of your choice you can make a fabulous tasty kheer.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. fresh corn kernels-1cup
  2. milk-3cup
  3. sugar-1/2cup
  4. cardamom-1/4teaspoon
  5. almond cashewnut pistachio

Instructions

  1. Boil corn kernels till tender.
  2. Grind with 2 tablespoon milk to semi smooth paste.
  3. Heat milk in a heavy bottomed pan.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes on slow fire.
  5. Add corn and sugar. After five minutes, add saffron and cardamom powder.
  6. Simmer it till milk reduces to half.
  7. Add almond or any dry fruit you like.
  8. Serve hot or chilled garnishing with almond.
