Bhute (corn) ki Kheer

Ingredients to make Bhute (corn) ki Kheer

  • fresh corn kernels-1cup
  • milk-3cup
  • Sugar-1/2cup
  • cardamon-1/4tsp
  • almond cashewnut pistachio

How to make Bhute (corn) ki Kheer

  1. boil corn kernels till tender
  2. grind with 2tbls milk semi smooth
  3. heat milk in a heavy bottom pan
  4. simmer for 5minutes on slow fire
  5. add corn and sugar.after five minutes add saffron and cardamon powder
  6. simmer it till milk reduces to half.
  7. add almond or any dry fruit u like.
  8. serve hot or chilled garnishing with almond.
My Tip: I add more milk it gives the taste more yummy
