About Vanila panna cotta with pomogranete glaze

A classic Italian desert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and moulded. Here I have succesfully experimented this desert with replacement of gelatin. Many vegans and vegetarians choose not to eat food containing gelatin. So here I have avoided using it and instead used arrowroot powder. It is a flavourless powder obtained from arrowroot plants which is perfectly good for our health and beneficial in many ways. Finally I must say, did not know it was soo easy to make. Now I know I can enjoy this desert anytime every time.
