Ingredients to make Paneer Malpua with Pineapple Rabri

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup milkmaid
  • 1 cup pineapple fine chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cardamon powder
  • kesar
  • 2 teaspoons almond flakes
  • For malpua---
  • 1 cup mashed paneer
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon maida
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • For sugar syrup---
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • Cardamom powder
  • Kesar

How to make Paneer Malpua with Pineapple Rabri

  1. First we make malpua batter.
  2. Take mashed paneer in a bowl.
  3. Add maida in 1 tablespoon milk and stir.
  4. No lumps should be in it.
  5. Then add cornflour also like maida.
  6. Then take remaining milk.
  7. Add all ingredents
  8. Whisk properly and make a batter.
  9. Keep it for some time.
  10. Till then make sugar syrup---
  11. Add sugar in water and heat it.
  12. When it comes to boil add cardamom powder and kesar.
  13. Take off the heat
  14. Now make rabri----
  15. Take milk in pan and heat it.
  16. When it becomes thick add mikmaid.
  17. Stir it continuously.
  18. In other pan take pineapple pieces. Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes. When it become soft, add in milk.
  19. When rabri is ready, add kesar and cardamom powder and almond flakes.
  20. Now make malpua on taw. Pour a laddle of batter on griddle(tava). Add ghee and make malpua. Make all malpuas. Then dip them in sugar syrup for 5 minutes. Serve with pineapple rabri.

My Tip:

You can make plain rabri.
