Delicious fruit custard in Rose syrup flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1/2 litre
  2. Custard powder 2-3 tablespoons
  3. Suagr 1 cup
  4. Finely chopped mixed fruits of your choice like banana, apple ,papaya, custard apple, mango, pomegranates 1-2 bowls.
  5. Rose syrup 1 tablespoon
  6. Chopped dry fruits like cashew nuts and almonds 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Add custard powder and milk in a heavy bottomed vessel.
  2. Now add sugar and mix well without any lump.
  3. Cook this mixture on low heat for 3-5 minutes or till it starts boiling and thickens.
  4. Allow it to cool completely at room temperature.
  5. Add all chopped fruits and dry fruits.
  6. Refrigerate it till it becomes completely chilled.
  7. Pour in serving bowl and garnish with rose syrup.
