Mango Strawberry Panna cotta(no gelatin no agar agar)

Ingredients to make Mango Strawberry Panna cotta(no gelatin no agar agar)

  • For strawberry panna cotta
  • 2 tablespoons crushed strawberry
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed in cold milk
  • Sugar as per taste
  • For mango panna cotta
  • 2 tablespoon Ripe mango pulpe
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed in cold milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • For red thin layer,2 teaspoon strawberry sauce
  • FOR GARNISH
  • 3 strawberry
  • 2 tablespoon mango pulpe

How to make Mango Strawberry Panna cotta(no gelatin no agar agar)

  1. First make the strawberry panna cotta.So that take heavy cream,very little sugar, condensed milk and cornflour milk mixture in a pan.
  2. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes at medium heat and stir it continuously.Switch of the gas.
  3. Let it cool to room temperature and add strawberry crush.Give it a good mix.
  4. Pour into a serving glass at 45° angle.Put the glass in a muffin tray for support to make 45° angle.
  5. Wrap it wih a clean film very carefully so that the angle doesn't become disturbed and Keep it in fridge for 4 hour or until it become set.
  6. Within that time add strawberry sauce on top of it and again keep it in fridge.
  7. When it become set,take out the glass from muffin tray.
  8. Now make the mango panna cotta in same way using mango pulpe instead of strawberry crush.
  9. Then pour it into the glass over strawberry sauce.Wrap it with clean film.
  10. Again keep it into the fridge for atleast 4 hours or preferably overnight.
  11. Garnish it with mango pulpe and strawberry.Serve it chilled.
My Tip: You can use any kind of fruit or chocolate whatever you like.Be careful about the sugar quantity as we add condence milk
