Ingredients Serving: 4

1/3 cup falooda sev
4 cups chilled whole milk
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
6 tablespoon rose syrup
Some cashews, almonds, raisins
4 pieces ice cubes

Instructions

Prepare the falooda sev according to package instructions.
If cooking the sev, then once cooked, rinse the cooked falooda sev in water. Drain and keep them aside.
Let them cool completely.
In a glass add 1 1/2 tablespoon rose syrup. Then add 2 tablespoon falooda sev.
In a slow stream pour about 1 cup milk.
Then add 1 scoop vanilla ice cream.
Add some cashew, raisins, almonds.
Serve the ice cream falooda immediately .
