About Pineapple Souffle..

Amazingly creamy and super soft, just melts in the mouth. Loaded with a huge lot of calories but once in a while it's perfectly ok. Eggless and absolutely easy to whip up. Getting all the things together is all that it takes. Perfect for any party. The taste lingers on even after a long time. Such is it's magic and splendour. Souffle-my way. Try this out for your lovely families and relish this beauty one and all.

Pineapple Souffle..

Ingredients to make Pineapple Souffle..

  • Pineapple Chunks Canned large 1
  • Condensed milk 1 full tin
  • Cream cheese slices pack of 12 (I used Kiri Cream Cheese brand)
  • Pineapple jello pack 1
  • Fresh cream 1 cup

How to make Pineapple Souffle..

  1. Set the jello not according to the package instructions.
  2. Use only boiling water about 225 ml for a pack of 85 gm of jello.
  3. Leave it to set until firm.
  4. In a blender or a food processor, blend the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Reserve some pineapple chunks for the topping.
  6. Use the syrup too from the can.
  7. Now to this finally add in the jello and blend.
  8. This makes the souffle creamy and even a bit tangy.
  9. The jello need not be blended if desired. It can just be chopped into pieces and added to the souffle.
  10. But i have blended it for a different taste and texture of the souffle.
  11. Chill it for atleast an hour and keep it covered.
  12. Serve it chilled with some pineapple chunks on the top.
