Creamy Rice and Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients to make Creamy Rice and Chocolate Pudding

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 50 grams dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • For decoration
  • 1 tablespoon choco chips
  • 1 tablespoon tutti fruity

How to make Creamy Rice and Chocolate Pudding

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt and rice flour in a medium saucepan. Gradually add milk and whisk until well combined. Place over medium heat.
  2. Cook stirring continuously, until pudding is bubbling and thickens. Stir in the chopped chocolate and heavy cream.
  3. After the chocolate melted, turn off the heat, add vanilla and whisk until well blended.
  4. Pour into dessert bowls.
  5. Garnish with choco chips and tutty fruity.
  6. Let cool at room temperature and than refrigerate for 1 hour.
