Ingredients to make Blondies

  • 100g- Unsalted butter
  • 150g- White chocolate
  • 110g- sugar
  • 2- eggs
  • 130g- all purpose flour
  • 100g- Fresh Strawberries
  • (you can use any berries like raspberry blueberry etc)
  • 100g- almonds chopped

How to make Blondies

  1. Grease a brownie tin and keep aside. Preheat the oven at 200 degree C for 10 mins. In a bowl double boil and melt the butter and half of the white chocolate.In another bowl whisk eggs and sugar till thick.
  2. Now add the flour and butter and chocolate mixture to this and mix well with a spatula until smooth. Now add the chopped strawberries and remaining white chocolate.Pour this into the prepared tin.
  3. Now bake this at 180 degree C for 30 to 35 mins till a light brown crust has appeared on top.They will be slightly squidgy inside. Cool it completely before slicing. Slice into pieces and enjoy!!!
