Creamy Parsley Chicken

Ingredients to make Creamy Parsley Chicken

  • boneless chicken pieces - 200 grams
  • chopped parsley 4 tablespoon
  • butter 25 grams
  • fresh cream 75-100 grams
  • chopped garlic clove 1 tablespoon
  • lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste

How to make Creamy Parsley Chicken

  1. Get ready with all the ingredients.
  2. Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic stir well, it needs to be done over low heat and then add 2 tablespoon chopped parsley.
  3. Add chicken pieces, chilli flakes and stir well. Then add salt and lime juice. Mix well, let it cook for five minutes. Here chicken is cooked in its own juice with parsley and lime juice but no other liquid.
  4. Stir well until chicken cooked soft, add again one tablespoon chopped parsley, again stir well. Then add fresh cream, mix well.
  5. Garnish with leftover one chopped parsley and switch off the gas. Delicious rich creamy parsley chicken is ready to serve.
  6. This creamy tasty mildly spicy chicken is delicious with Indian breads.
My Tip: Here chicken is cooked in its own juice with parsley and lime juice but no other liquid.
