ABOUT Corn Rasmalai RECIPE

Rasmalai is Bengali dish. Its made from panner but I made it with corn. Its healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Corn 2 cups
  2. Sugar 4 tablespoon
  3. Milk powder 1/2 cup
  4. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  5. Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  6. Saffron 1 tablespoon
  7. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  8. Milk 1/2 cup
  9. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Dry fruits
  11. For rasmalai
  12. Milk 1 litre
  13. Sugar 5 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take boiled corn, grind in a mixer to make a fine paste.
  2. In a pan add 2 tablespoon ghee add corn paste, milk powder and saute it for 5 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, cardamom powder, grated coconut and condensed milk. Stir it for 5 minutes.
  4. Cool the mixture and make small balls.
  5. Boil 1 litre milk in a heavy bottomed pan until the milk gets half.
  6. Add sugar, saffron and dry fruits.
  7. Milk is ready for serving.
  8. In bowl add corn balls, milk and dry fruits. Corn rasmalai is ready.
