Ingredients to make Almond milk peda

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 cup almond powder
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar (as per your taste)
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Desi ghee

How to make Almond milk peda

  1. In a heavy bottom vessel boil the milk till it gets reduce to half quantity. Keep stirring occasionally.
  2. Now add almond powder,milk powder,,ghee and sugar, mix it properly so that there are no lumps.
  3. Keep stirring on low flame continuously.
  4. Keep cooking until it start to leave sides of the pan. Now add cardamom powder and mix it properly.
  5. Keep on cooking until a thick mass is formed ,to test take a small portion and you should be able to make a ball now switch of the flame. And cool it down for 10 minutes.
  6. Now grease your hand with ghee and take a small tennis size ball and start making a peda slightly flatten it.
  7. Make all the peda in this way.. Place the almond and arrange in a plate... Ready to serve..!
