Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup boiled corn
  2. 2 cup full fat milk
  3. 1/4 cup mava
  4. 1/2 tin milkmaid
  5. 1/2 cup coarsely crushed pistachio
  6. 1/2 teaspoon saunth powder
  7. 3/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  8. few drops of kewra essense

Instructions

  1. Take boiled corn in mixer jar and make coarsely paste of it when done keep aside it.
  2. In a deep pan mix milk and saunth powder and keep it on gas to start to boil when it boil add paste of corn it and mix well and continue stir it when it's consistency start to thick add milkmaid, mava and crushed pistachio powder in it and continue stir it.
  3. When it start to remove bottom of pan switch of gas and let it slightly cool.
  4. When it slightly cool add cardamon powder and kewra essence in it and mix well and greased palm with ghee and make even size of peda for this.
