China grass with jelly

Ingredients to make China grass with jelly

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 packet china grass (100 gm)
  • 1cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1cup ready jelly

How to make China grass with jelly

  1. Cut china grass in small pieces
  2. Soak china grass in water
  3. Boil milk
  4. Add sugar
  5. Add soaked china grass and mix well
  6. Make sure china grass melt and dissolve in milk completely
  7. Now cook for few minutes
  8. Off the gas and allow to cool
  9. Now pour cool China grass mixture in flat plate and put jelly pieces in it
  10. Now keep in fridge for one hour
  11. After one hour cut China grass in pieces and serve chilled
My Tip: Jelly in optional you can make china grass without jelly also
