Ingredients to make Mango flan

  • 1 packet marie biscuits crushed
  • 2 tablespoon custard powder
  • 2 cups fresh milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 2 cups fresh mango cut into strips

How to make Mango flan

  1. Make custard, add condensed milk, beat cream and add to custard.
  2. Take a rectangular dish, arrange biscuit crush, top with custard and layer with mango strips.
  3. Repeat biscuit, custard, mango layers and top with custard.
  4. Decorate with cream and mango ..serve chilled!
