rabdi in choclate coated golgappas and used caramelized sugar

Ingredients to make rabdi in chocolate golgappas

  • for rabdi----
  • milk 2litre
  • Sugar 250 gms
  • cardmom powder 1/2 tsp
  • golgappas /pani puri 's puri
  • choco chips 100 gms
  • sugar 4tbsp for caramelize

How to make rabdi in chocolate golgappas

  1. keep milk for boiling
  2. reduce it to 3/4 on medium flame
  3. keep on stirring at 5minutes intervals
  4. add sugar
  5. add cardmom powder
  6. your rabdi is ready
  7. cool it completely
  8. take choco chips and melt it in double boiler
  9. make holes in puris
  10. coat puris in melted choclate
  11. keep in fridge for sometime
  12. keep a pan on flame
  13. add sugar to it
  14. keep stirring till sugar melts and comes out in golden color
  15. take a parchment paper and make strips
  16. with the help of spoon
  17. let it cool
  18. remove puris from fridge and fill rabdi
  19. with help of small spoon
  20. in serving plate spread little rabdi
  21. keep filled puris on that
  22. remove caramel from paper and decorate it
  23. you can use edible silver paper/warq also to decorate
  24. serve with love to your guest
