I had some leftover Brownies and Rasgulla. So I tried this Innovation and we all loved it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 500 grams ( boiled)
  2. Sugar 6 to 8 teaspoon according to taste.
  3. Saffron few strands
  4. Cardamom powder 1 /4 teaspoon
  5. Chia seeds 2 teaspoon soaked in 1 cup milk
  6. To prepare sevaiya
  7. Sevaiya 2 tablespoon
  8. Milk 1/2 cup
  9. Sugar 3 teaspoon
  10. Ghee 1 teaspoon
  11. Rasgulla 6 to 8
  12. Brownie 4

Instructions

  1. Add saffron and sugar in boiling milk. Let milk boil for 5 minutes. Cool it. Refrigerate.
  2. To make sevaiya:
  3. Heat ghee, roast sevaiya. Now add milk and water. Let it reduce to half. Remove from gas and cool.
  4. Mix sevaiya, cooled kesar milk and milk with chia seeds. Adjust sweetness.
  5. Cut brownie in half.
  6. Chop Rasgulla in half.
  7. Now arrange everything you need.
  8. Now arrange brownie in a serving plate. Arrange Rasgulla on it.
  9. Now pour your milk which has Saffron, Chia seeds and soaked and cooked sevaiya. You can Sprinkle some roasted sevaiya on it to get crunch. ( optional)
  10. You can serve with or without Icecream. That depends upon sweetness you prefer.
  11. You also can make small bite sized pieces of Rasgulla and Brownie and then serve with saffron milk.
