Healthy dessert from corn. I learned it from my mom :)

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Corn - 1 cup ( Grated)
  2. Milk - 1 liter (full fat)
  3. Rice flour - 1 teaspoon
  4. Sugar - 1/4th cup
  5. Kesar - 1/4th teaspoon (soaked in milk)
  6. Fresh coconut - 2 tablespoon (grated)

Instructions

  1. In a pan add grated corn and milk. Heat it on low flame until corn gets cooked.
  2. Then add rice flour and cook it until it thickens. After that add saffron soaked in milk. Add almonds (grated).
  3. Place it in refrigerator to cool it. When its cool serve it in a short glass with caramelized heart of dry fruits and corn seeds rolled in silver vark. Ready to serve !
