Ingredients to make Corn Coconut Firni

  • Corn - 1 cup ( Greated)
  • Milk - 1 litter (full fat)
  • Rice flour - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/4th cup
  • Kesar - 1/4th tsp (soaked in milk)
  • Fresh coconut - 2 tbsp (greated)

How to make Corn Coconut Firni

  1. In a pan add greated Corn and Milk. Heat it on low flame until corn gets cooked.
  2. Then add Rice flour and cook it until it gets thicken. After that add saffron which are soaked in milk. After that add almond (greated).
  3. Place it in refrigerator to cool it. when its cool serve it in a short glass with caramelized heart of dryfruits and corn seeds rolled in silver workh. Ready to serve !
