Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup cooked brown rice
  2. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  3. 2/3 cup chopped onion
  4. 4 to 6 finely chopped garlic cloves
  5. 2/3 cup chopped white button mushrooms
  6. 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
  7. 1/2 cup milk
  8. salt to taste
  9. water as required

Instructions

  2. Heat a nonstick broad pan on a medium flame, add onion and garlic, sauté on medium flame for 2 minutes till golden brown.
  3. Add mixed dried herbs and mushrooms. Mix well.
  4. Add milk, peas and 1/8 cup low fat fresh cream for creamier version.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, add little water if you need.
  6. Add mozzarella cheese and mix well.
  7. Serve hot immediately.
