Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whipping cream 1 cup
  2. Strawberry crush 2 tbsp
  3. suger 2 tbsp
  4. chocolate sponge cake as required

Instructions

  1. in a bowl whip chilled whipping cream using an electric b3ater for 3-4 min on high speed. add strawberry crush and mix lightly
  2. in short glasses put a pice of cake at the bottom and pipe the mousse over it. garnish with strawberry and serve chilled
