Mango Malai

Ingredients to make Mango Malai

  • Alphonso mangoes 3
  • Home made paneer 1 cup
  • Milk maid 2 tablespoon (as per your preference)
  • Fresh cream to top it (as much as you want)

How to make Mango Malai

  1. Take a pan and add 2 chopped alphonsoes and add paneer and let it cook.
  2. You can use market bought paneer. I have used home made paneer made from full fat milk.
  3. Add milk maid. I added 2 teaspoon as the mangoes were pretty sweet.
  4. You can taste and add more.
  5. The mixture will start to thicken.
  6. Close the stove and remove in a plate.
  7. Let it cool.
  8. Garnish with chopped alphonoes and fresh cream.

My Tip:

I added the beaten malai on the mixture when it was hot so it could melt a bit. Enjoy this mithai when its warm.
