ABOUT Mango Pannacotta RECIPE

A lovely delicacy made from mangoes.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 ripe mangoes
  2. 1/2 cup milk
  3. 1 teaspoon veg gelatin
  4. sugar to taste
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  6. 10-15 cherries for decoration
  7. 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. First dissolve gelatin in water.
  2. Peel the mangoes.
  3. Take out the pulp and churn in mixer.
  4. Bring the milk to boil.
  5. Add vanilla essence and dissolve gelatin.
  6. Mix well and put off the flame.
  7. Add this to the mango pulp and mix well.
  8. Arrange them in bowl or glasses and allow it to set.
  9. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  10. Take out when set and chilled.
  11. Serve chilled with cherries.
