Mango Yogurt

Ingredients to make Mango Yogurt

  • 2 cup cow milk
  • 2 tbsp Hung curd
  • Sugar to taste
  • 2 Ripe Mangoes

How to make Mango Yogurt

  1. Reduce the milk 2/3rd by continue stirring.
  2. Cut mango pieces and grind well to make pulp.
  3. After 10-15 mins add mango pulp,hung curd and sugar.Mix well.
  4. Pour this mixture in an earthen pot.
  5. Place a hundi on gas oven.Place a stand inside it.Then keep one plate on stand.
  6. Now pour 1 cup of water into hundi.Place the earthen pot on plate.
  7. Cover the hundi with a lid.Bake for 1 hour at low flame.
  8. After cooling down, put the earthen pot in refrigerator for2-3 hours.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves and saffron.
  10. Serve mango yogurt.
My Tip: Adjust the sweetness according to the taste of your mango.
