Methi paneer

Ingredients to make Methi paneer

  • Medium bunch of methi leaves
  • 150 gms Paneer
  • 2_ medium onions
  • 5 pods of garlic( paste)
  • 2_Green chillies( paste)
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  • 1/2 tsp dhania powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp powdered sugar(opt)
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to make Methi paneer

  1. Finely chop onions,wash n chop methi leaves.
  2. Take a kadai, add oil ,put jeera, onions, saute for 1 min,now add garlic, green chilly paste,cover with lid and simmer it for 5 mins.
  3. Add methi lvs,mix n again cover wd lid n simmer for 5/7 mins. Add dry masalas n mix well, saute for 3 mins, add crumbled paneer ,salt, sugar and mix well. Keep it on low flame for 5 mins.
  4. Serve hot with rotis
My Tip: Sometimes methi leaves are bitter, so you can add sugar
