Ridge gourd curry with milk
Ingredients to make Ridge gourd curry with milk
- Oil 3tblspns
- Ridge gourd 1 cubed
- Onions 2 diced
- Green chillies 5 cut into small pieces
- Milk 200ml
- turmeric a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds 1teaspoon
How to make Ridge gourd curry with milk
In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, onions. Fry them till onions become translucent (no need to fry till brown)
Add salt, turmeric powder, green chillies
Add milk, cubed ridge gourd pieces. Cook on low flame for 10mins with lid on.
Remove the lid and cook for 5 more mins or till you get the right consistency.
Switch off the flame and serve it with rice.
