Ingredients to make Mango Fajito

  • Curd..1 cup
  • Mango pulp of one mango
  • Turmeric powder..1 teaspoon
  • Besan..1 to 2 teaspoon
  • Big cardamom..1
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder..1/2 teaspoon
  • Jaggery..1 small piece.
  • Cloves..2 to 3.
  • Methi seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil
  • Rai..1 small teaspoon
  • Hing powder..1 pinch

How to make Mango Fajito

  1. Take curd in a bowl.
  2. Churn it well.
  3. Mix besan.
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder.
  5. Add grated ginger.
  6. Take one teaspoon of oil in a deep pan.
  7. Add hing powder and methi seeds.
  8. Add dry ingredients.
  9. Add whole dry red chillies.
  10. Now add curd into pan and stir in interval till it comes to boil.
  11. Add cloves, big cardamom and kari patta.
  12. Now time to add jaggery.
  13. At the end add puree of mango and stir it.
  14. Stir for more 5 minutes.
  15. Now make a tadka of rai, hing powder and red chilli powder.
  16. Add to the kadi.
  17. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  18. Kadi is done. Enjoy with roti, paratha or rice.
