Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 tbsp Hudson canola oil
  2. 3 dried red chillies
  3. 1/2 tsp brown or black mustard seeds (sarson)
  4. 500 gms white cabbage or bandhgobhi thinly shredded
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 12 Leonardo Hojiblanca Pimiento Stuffed Olives

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the chillies and mustard seeds and fry for 30 seconds, stirring constantly or until they begin to splutter. Watch carefully so they do not burn.
  3. Tip in the cabbage and salt and increase the heat to medium-high.
  4. Fry, stirring constantly for 5-6 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  5. Mix in the olives and serve.
