Palak Cheese Balls

Ingredients to make Palak Cheese Balls

  • Palak leaves- 80 grams
  • Garlic-2 big
  • Salt-1/8 teaspoon
  • Cornflour-1 tablespoonn
  • Breadcrumbs- 60 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese-100 grams
  • Onion-40 grams
  • Chilli flakes-1 teaspoon
  • Oil to fry

How to make Palak Cheese Balls

  1. Wash palak leaves, remove excess water and grind into smooth paste without adding water along with garlic.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl add cornflour, salt, bread crumbs and mix well. You will get a perfect paste to make balls, keep aside.
  3. Grate cheese, add onions and chilli flakes. Give a mix, make small balls keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in Kadai. Apply some oil in hand.
  5. Take small amount of palak paste, press it down, keep cheese mix in middle and cover it to make balls.
  6. Before frying.
  7. Deep fry it in hot oil, keep flame low and cook well.
  8. Fried one.
  9. Remove it and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
My Tip: Apply oil in hands to make smooth balls.
