Palak cheese balls

Ingredients to make Palak cheese balls

  • Palak leaves- 80grms
  • Garlic-2 big
  • Salt-1/8tsp
  • Cornflour-1tbspn
  • Breadcrumbs-60grms
  • Mozzarella cheese-100grms
  • Onion-40grms
  • Chilli flakes-1tspn
  • oil to fry

How to make Palak cheese balls

  1. Wash palak leaves , remove excess water n grind into smooth paste without adding water along with garlic.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl add cornflour, salt , bread crumbs n mix well you get a perfect paste to make balls .. keep aside.
  3. Grate cheese add onions and chilli flakes give a mix , make small balls ..Keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in Kadai. Apply some oil in hand
  5. Take small amount of palak paste.. press it down , keep cheese mix in middle n cover it to make balls .
  6. Before frying
  7. Deep fry it in hot oil , keep flame low , cook well .
  8. Fried one
  9. Remove it n serve hot with tomato ketch up
My Tip: Apply oil in hands to make smooth balls
