Aloo tikki Burger

Ingredients to make Aloo tikki Burger

  • Bun 2 pcs
  • Boiled Potatoes medium size 2
  • Chevda (pohe) 1/2cup
  • Water
  • oil to fry
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper
  • Beans chopped
  • Carrot chopped
  • Capsicum chopped
  • Ginger grated
  • Onion rings
  • Tomato rings
  • Cucumber rings
  • Cheese grated
  • Tomato ketchup
  • butter
  • Chat masala
  • Green chillies

How to make Aloo tikki Burger

  1. Boil the potatoes in the pressure cooker and peel the potatoes & mash it.
  2. Soak the chevda (pohe) in water for 2mins. After drain grind them in a mixer.
  3. Mash both potatoes and grinded chevda together in a bowl.
  4. Now add salt, green chillies, chat masala, and lemon juice.
  5. Divide it into two equal parts and make large patties as per your burger bun's.
  6. Take bread crums/ maida in a plate dip one patty at a time and coat it.
  7. Heat the oil in a kadahi or pan then deep fry them in a medium flame
  8. Now drain them in a paper or tissue. Your Aloo tikki is ready.
  9. Now heat the butter in a pan on medium heat and cut the bun into two portions, roast the buns from both the sides.
  10. Take kadahi add 2spoon oil heat the oil. add grated ginger, boiled beans, raw chopped Carrot, capsicum and saute.
  11. Now put salt, black pepper and mash them. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Switch off the flame.
  12. Take buns spread some ketup, then cheese veggie masala.
  13. Place a patty on it then onion rings, tomato rings, cucumber rings and again ketup. Sprinkle chat masala and grated cheese and close with the other part of the bun.
  14. Serve them hot. Kids will love it. :blush:
My Tip: For Crispy Aloo tikki must use chevda it will give perfect shape, crispness and taste too.
