Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 onion diced
  2. red, yellow and green bell peppers diced
  3. 2 spoon cooking oil
  4. 2 spoon green chilly and garlic chopped
  5. soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce (1 spoonn each)
  6. salt and pepper
  7. 2 spoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Take a hot pan and add two spoon oil.
  2. Add chopped chilly and garlic.
  3. Saute nicely.
  4. Now add diced onion, and bellpeppers.
  5. Saute again.
  6. Add all the sauces into the pan and keep aside.
  7. Now marinate the paneer with cornstarch mixed with little water and deep fry it.
  8. Add paneer into the ready gravy.
  9. Season it with salt and pepper.
  10. Ready to serve. :relaxed:️
