"MANGO MINI CONES"

Ingredients to make "MANGO MINI CONES"

  • #FR_DOUGH
  • 1/2 bowl wheat flour,
  • 4 tsp rawa,
  • 2 tsp oil+ fr frying
  • #FR_STUFFING
  • 1 bowl mango puree,
  • 1/2 bowl dessicated coconut,
  • 4 tsp sugar or as per taste or depend on sweetness of mango
  • Mix dry fruit's

How to make "MANGO MINI CONES"

  1. Mix all ingredients of dough n make a soft dough, cover n keep aside
  2. Meanwhile mix mango puree, desiccated coconut sugar half dry fruits n mix nicely
  3. Now take dough n make small ball n roll out chapatti n cut into stripes.
  4. Take foil paper n make a shape of cone, now take stripe n roll on foil paper
  5. Heat oil in pan n deep fry the cone on medium flame, remove fr oil on tissue paper
  6. After it is cool foil will come out then fill the mango filling in cone n garnish with dry fruits n done
My Tip: U can try using other seasonal fruits
