Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. maida -500gms
  2. onions - 7 pieces large size
  3. ghee for dough -4 tbsp
  4. salt -1 tsp for dough
  5. ginger and chilli paste -1 tbsp
  6. salt-1 tbsp for onion mix
  7. refine nd ghee mix for frying
  8. 2 tbsp sattu

Instructions

  1. For the Dough
  2. mix maida, ghee and salt and make a proper dough.
  3. for the mixture
  4. heat oil 2 tbsp in a kadai.
  5. add ginger nd chilli paste
  6. stir till golden brown
  7. add onions finely chopped
  8. once it turns golden , add salt
  9. continue to cook til it becomes brown
  10. add 1 pinch garam masala
  11. once the onion is cooked and the oil starts coming fromthe sides,add sattu
  12. it will be tight, but continue to stirr nd mix till the mixure absorbs d sattu
  13. now grease your hands and make small lois from the dough.
  14. it should be like a puri dough
  15. fill in the mixture and make kachori shapesz
  16. Frying part
  17. heat refine and ghee together
  18. once its hot, fry the kachoris
  19. fry it in low flame so dat the kachori is crisp and at the same time not to dark
  20. aftr thar take it out on tissues
  21. now you can eat!!
