Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 onion (chopped)
  2. 1 tomato (chopped)
  3. 1 capsicum (chopped)
  4. 1/2 cup peas
  5. 1/2 cup cabbage (grated)
  6. 2 - 3 tea spoon salt or according to taste
  7. 1 tea spoon black pepper
  8. 1 tea spoon cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tea spoon soy sauce
  10. 1 tea spoon lemon juice or vinegar
  11. 1 tea spoon chopped garlic
  12. 2 green chillies (chopped)
  13. 3 cups of rice

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil and add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
  2. Add onions and green chillies.Sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add capsicum, cabbage, peas and sauté for 3- 4 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, salt, black pepper, cumin powder and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add leftover rice and vinegar. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander.
