Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats - 2 cup
  2. Semolina - 2 Tsp
  3. Onion - 1 chopped
  4. Capcicum - 1 chopped
  5. Tomato - 1 chopped
  6. Coriander leaves - handful
  7. Oil - 4 to 6 Tsp
  8. Curd or buttermilk - 2Tsp
  9. Salt ac to ur taste
  10. Black Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
  11. Warm water - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Crush the oats till they are coarse.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, semolina, curd or buttermilk, water, salt,black pepper, vegetables, coriander leaves and make a paste the consistency of a thick batter.
  3. Set this mixture aside for about 20 minutes.
  4. Once the oats and semolina soak up the water, your pancakes are ready to be made.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan on a stove and brush the pan with a little oil.
  6. Ladle the batter on the pan and spread it in circles.
  7. Roast the pancake till it is nice and golden and then turn it to the other side.
  8. Once the pancake is cooked on both sides, take it off the pan and pair it with some ketchup or chutney.
