Ingredients to make White Chocolate Coconut laddoo

  • Coconut powder: 1 cup or 200 gram ( keep 2 - 3 Spoons apart for rolling)
  • White Chocolate : 150 grams
  • Butter: 1/2 Spoon for greasing hands
  • Almonds or any toppings of your choice

How to make White Chocolate Coconut laddoo

  1. Take 150 gm white chocolate in microwave safe bowl and heat it for 30-40 seconds. Take the bowl out and stir the melted chocolate with spoon. In case the chocolate is not properly melted microwave again for 5-10 seconds.Add dry coconut powder (keeping 2- 3 spoons separate) in the bowl with melt chocolate.Stir and Make a good mixture. Apply butter in your palms and make round shape laddoos. Spread remaining coconut powder in a plate and roll the laddoos over the powder one by one so that proper coating is applied on each laddoo. Split almonds in two pieces with knife. Put one piece of almond on each laddoo for topping. Serve them in a plate or place them in a muffin liner with smile.

My Tip:

Chocolate should not be overheated. Toppings can be done with cherry or tutti fruity.
