  • oil need
  • Basen flour half cup
  • White corn flour 1/4cup
  • ( option ginger garlic paste)
  • oil
  • chilly powder 1 Teaspoon
  • salt ( need)

How to make Potato fry

  1. Wash& peel the potato's
  2. Cut like thin match sticks
  3. Spread out on a paper or cloth
  4. Dry potato's mix with flours & little oil
  5. Heat a pan with oil
  6. Once oil is at right temperature add the potato's in the oil
  7. Once moru moru take out and serve
