ABOUT Paneer chocolate brownie RECIPE

It is a brownie made with paneer a healthy dessert specially for kids who do not like drinking milk. U dont require a manual blender or electrical blender for it.kids can also help their mom while making brownies.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 packet milk it can be any type of toned milk or 1 & 1/4 cup milk
  2. 2 tbsp vinegar or one lemon juice
  3. 1& 1/ 2 cup maida
  4. 1/4 cup cocoa powder or any chocolate drink
  5. 1 tsp soda bi carb (mitha soda)
  6. 1&1/2 cup normal sugar powdered
  7. 1/2 cup refined oil or any other oil except mustard oil
  8. 1-2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
  9. Few crushed walnuts or cashnew nut (optional)
  10. 1 cake mould/tin.

Instructions

  1. Take a pot and boil the entire milk and add vinegar or lemon juice whatever is available with you.
  2. When the milk starts to curdle, keep on the gas for 2 minute.Remove the pot from heat.And let the paneer cool down.
  3. Take the maida in a bowl add soda bicarb , cocoa if you donot have cocoa powder u can use any drinking chocolate powder add sugar ( take out 2 tsp of powdered sugar in a cup and add the entire sugar in the bowl )and mix well with a spoon.
  4. Now to the above mixture of maida cocoa powder soda bi carb and sugar add the paneer along with the water of paneer (the whey). Add oil to it. Add vanilla essence to it also mix well the entire ingredient with a spoon.
  5. Grease a cake mould or tin with oil and sprinkle a pinch of maida on it. U will find that the maida sticks on the oil. Pour the entire above mixture in the tin.
  6. Preheat oven for 10 minutes and bake it for around 30 to 35 min at 160 degree.keep checking it with a knife.insert it in the tin if the batter sticks on the knife bake it for another few minutes.
  7. Once baked take out the tin let it cool. Cut the brownie into squares or any other desired shape
  8. Sprinkle dry fruits on it and the powdered sugar and serve.
