  • Sugar 1.5 cup
  • Gelatin 2teaspoon
  • Ripen mango 2

How to make Mango marshmellows

  1. Soak gelatin in cold water for 15minutes...melt it using double boiling method
  2. Slice the mango add 3teaspoon sugar and transfer this to a saucepan. Stir this well Cook for 10 minutes ..allow this to cool..transfer this to a blender.and make a smooth paste.. do not add water to the blender.
  3. In a sauce pan add sugar and half cup water...boil it until soft balls can be made when transfered into water.
  4. Beat melted gelatin .in medium speed .add sugar solution to this..beat it until the mixture become soft and white coloured creamy texture.
  5. Add mango puree to this..beat it again in low speed
  6. Transfer this to a sugar coated tray and allow this to set for 20minutes Cut into small pieces and coat with sugar powder
  7. Serve chilled
