Pizza is a delicious snacks for children now a days but other side it is harmful also so i made a healthy version of pizza with macroni and lots of healthy veggies

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ingredients for dough:
  2. Maida 1 cup
  3. Cooking oil 2tsp
  4. Curd 2 tsp
  5. Baking Soda 1/4tsp
  6. Baking powder 1/4tsp
  7. Sugar1/2tsp
  8. Salt 1/4tsp
  9. Warm water
  10. Ingredients for filling :
  11. Mozzarella cheese 2×2 inch piece
  12. chopped onion
  13. Chopped tomatoe
  14. Chopped Broclie
  15. chopped capsicum
  16. Boiled Macaroni
  17. Pizza sauce 4 tsp
  18. Black pepper crushed1/4tsp
  19. Chilli flakes
  20. Origano
  21. Salt
  22. Butter 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Collet all the ingredients for dough
  2. 2.Mix all ingredients in maida
  3. 3.Make a soft dough need until all sugar is melted and dough get shine u can take some oil in hand to smooth it
  4. 4.Take a small pieces from a dough and roll it with help of roller pin into a thin roti
  5. 5.Now apply pizza sauce on it
  6. 6.Now spread all chopped veggie and boiled Macaroni on top of veggie
  7. 7.Now sprinkle some salt,chilli flakes and origano on it and cheese
  8. 8.Now make another roti from the dough and put pizza sauce on it and cover the cheese and veggie roti with it.
  9. 9.Now with the help of a flok close the sides of the paratha
  10. 10.Now heat a non stick pan and add butter and make paratha
  11. 10.Now cover it with lid for 4 minutes
  12. 11.Now flip the paratha and again close the lid for another 4 minutes
  13. 12.Now macroni paratha is ready cut with pizza cutter and serve in a plate and enjoy
