About Healthy Cups Recipe
I would not say that the recipe is invented by me as there are different ways people already make cucumber cups. But, I would definitely say that this recipe originated out of need. My friend and me were fasting for Navratras and like all modern vratis, we thought of ditching regular fried food. So, here is my version of quick and yummy treat that is good to eat even when you are fasting!
Ingredients to make Healthy Cups
- A long - cut into big 4 pieces
- Thick - 2 tbsp
- Crumbled - 1 tbsp
- Black as per taste
- Salt and chopped to taste
- Crushed leaves (dry) - 1/2 tsp
How to make Healthy Cups
My Tip:You can experiment with the filling by putting cheese spread or sour cream instead of paneer and curd dip. This dish can be served as a side dish/appetizers/salad.
