Jaggery Makhana pops

Ingredients to make Jaggery Makhana pops

  • Makhane - 50 gm
  • Jaggery - 100 gm
  • Vanilla essence - few drops
  • Dasi ghee - 2 tsp
  • Coloured Sugar balls - 1/2 bowl

How to make Jaggery Makhana pops

  1. Put 1 tsp dasi ghee in a kadhai
  2. Add makhane and roast.
  3. Put jaggery and 1/2 cup water in a pan and melt the jaggery. Add 1 tsp dasi ghee and vanilla essence.
  4. Add makhane in the melted jaggery with spoon. coat the makhane with Melted jaggery .
  5. Place the Sugar balls in a plate .
  6. Coat the jaggery coated makhane with colored sugar balls. Let it cool.. Your kids definitely like it.
My Tip: Do this process as soon as possible until jaggery get thick.
