ABOUT Sach Mucch Mango Rasmalai RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 kg milk
  2. 2 sach much aam
  3. 1/2 teaspoon Elachi powder
  4. 2 teaspoon pista finely chopped
  5. 10-12 Chhaina Balls (mashed paneer balls)

Instructions

  1. Boil milk till volume of milk becomes half.
  2. Add elachi powder and let it cool.
  3. Add sach much aam to the mixture. Mix well and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Take out from refrigerator and Add Add chaina balls and garnish with finely sliced pista.
  5. Again place it in the refrigerator for about 10 mins and then serve!
