Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour 2cup
  2. Carrom seeds 1/4 tsp
  3. Cumin seeds a bit
  4. Refined oil 1tbsp for dough
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Refined oil for frying 1tsp
  7. Warm water for dough and boiling water for cooking
  8. few curry leaves
  9. Hing a pinch

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add rice flour,carrom seeds,cumin seeds,salt and oil mix them.
  2. Now take warm water and make soft dough from the rice flour.
  3. Now take water in a deep pan and keep it for boiling on the other hand make finger-balls shapes from the dough.
  4. When the water starts boiling put them in it.let it cook.stirr with the help of spatula in between.
  5. After 20 minutes take out a finger or ball insert a tooth pick in it to check whether it is cooked or not. If it is not done cook it for some more time.
  6. When the rice finger-balls are done. Strain the water with the help of siever. Keep aside.
  7. Take a pan put it on medium flame. Put 1tsp oil in it. Add mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves when start crackling add the rice finger-balls. Stirr them. Put off the flame.
  8. Serve it with your kid's choice sauce or chutney.
