Ingredients to make Crispy fish fingers with coconut n mash potato dip

  • coconut 1 cup
  • Boiled potato 1
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 lemon
  • coriander lfs
  • Fish half kg
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • flour 1 cup
  • 1 egg
  • Mix herds 1 spn
  • Ginger garlic n green chilli past 2 spn
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 spn red Kashmir mirch
  • 1 spn garam masala

How to make Crispy fish fingers with coconut n mash potato dip

  1. For dip take coconut, potato, green chill, juice of 1 lemon, green coriander, half spn sugar, salt and pepper
  2. Blend the mixture.
  3. Now Marinate the fish with. Ginger garlic n chilli past, salt and pepper, red Kashmir mirch, garam Masala,
  4. Marinate the fish and add juice of 1 lemon. Keep the Marinated fish in to the fridge for 15 mints
  5. After that take flour, bread crumbs, n egg.. Season the egg with salt and pepper. Bread crumbs with mixed herds Salt and Pepper.
  6. Now take the fish dust in to the flour
  7. Then into the egg
  8. And then in to the bread crumbs
  9. Set the coated fish into the fridge for 10 mints more
  10. Then deep fry
  11. Medium heat for 2 mints and done
  12. Now plate your serving plate. With coconut mash potato dip n mustard sauce with a dust of black pepper.
  13. Place the fish fingers and serve hot

Over cooking makes your fish hard..
