Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Presoaked Rice 100 gm
  2. Mango 2
  3. Milk 750ml
  4. Sugar as per taste
  5. sliced pistachios, almonds and kesar

Instructions

  1. First of all make a paste of presoaked rice
  2. Boil Milk and pour rice paste in the milk
  3. stir well until the milk thickens then add sugar in it keep stirring till sugar dissolves.
  4. Now remove from heat, cool to room temperature and now add mango pulp in this or you can also put mango in cube form.
  5. Pour this mixture into bowls, garnish with sliced pistachios, almonds and kesar and now it is ready to serve. Its always better to serve it chilled.
