My fruit car salad is healthy tasty and delicious for all age group, specially kids. This fruit salad is full of Vitamins antioxidants which is very good for health. you can surprise your kids in any occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Watermelon half kg
  2. Fuji Apple 2
  3. Red apple 1
  4. Strawberries 12
  5. Blueberries 24
  6. Red grapes 14
  7. banana 2
  8. Sweet lime 1
  9. Orange 1
  10. Lemon 1
  11. Chat masala one teaspoon
  12. Honey one teaspoon

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the watermelon in the car shape
  2. 2 Than cut sweet lime for Round slices for wheel and fixed with the help of toothpick
  3. 3. Take one red apple card into design for upper roof carrier
  4. 4. Arrange all the fruits as shown the picture
  5. 5. Peel the Fuji Apple then cut into flower shaped and arrange into salad plate
  6. 6. Decorate with strawberries, banana slices, red grapes, and blueberries as shown the picture.
  7. 7 Poorna hot lime juice and honey in the Apple sliced and all over fruits
  8. 8. Sprinkle the chat masala all over fruits. your yummy healthy delicious fruits car salad is ready
