Idli manchurian

Ingredients to make Idli manchurian

  • Prepared idli. 20 chopped
  • Oil. For frying idli
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour / maida
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbs corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp. White pepper
  • 2 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
  • Water. As needed
  • Chopped 1 onion,1 capsicum
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Vinegar
  • 3 tbs. Tomato sauce

How to make Idli manchurian

  1. Add1 tbs cornstarch to 1/4 cup water.
  2. In a bowl add maida, corn starch,pepper powder, salt,red chili powder,ginger garlic paste.,add these into above lump free . Take more water if required.
  3. Add cooled ,cubed ,chopped idli pieces into this batter before frying
  4. Now take oil& shallow fry these pieces.
  5. Now take the other pan.put some oil,add chopped onion and pepper pieces. Add soy sauce,vinegar ,aginomoto, tomato sauce
  6. Add corn starch also. Now add idli piece to them & mix it into well.
  7. Now garnish it with green chillies, sesame seeds.
